MightyCall Pricing Explained (2026)
MightyCall pricing for 2026: Core, Pro, Power and Enterprise per-user rates, 3-user minimums, annual billing, add-on fees and real team costs.
Short answer: MightyCall costs $20 per user per month on Core, $38 on Pro, $54 on Power and $65 on Enterprise, all billed annually. Core, Pro and Power require at least three users and Enterprise five, so the smallest MightyCall account is $60 per month, paid as $720 for the year. Monthly billing costs more, extra numbers are listed at $5 each, and taxes are added on top.
All figures are from mightycall.com/pricing, checked October 1, 2026.

| Discount vs monthly shown | 20% off | 17% off | 17% off | 14% off |
| Minimum users | 3 | 3 | 3 | 5 |
| Smallest account (annual) | $720/yr | $1,368/yr | $1,944/yr | $3,900/yr |
| Positioning | Advanced business phone system | Intelligent cloud call center | Call center with auto dialer | Custom fit with predictive dialer |
Core
Core includes all of MightyCall's standard telephony features: unlimited calling and messages (fair use), three business phone numbers (local or toll-free), caller ID, call recording, click-to-dial, integrations and API access, voicemail with transcription and email delivery, mobile, desktop and web apps, desk phone support, call routing with a no-code call flow designer, ring groups, call queues, IVR, business hours and conference calls.
Pro
Pro adds a supervisor workspace, live call monitoring (listening, whisper, barge and intercept), AI call summaries, analytics and reporting, and voicemail drop.
Power
Power adds preview and progressive dialers, AI answering-machine detection, local presence dialing, custom onboarding, a dedicated account manager and volume discounts.
Enterprise
Enterprise adds a predictive dialer, SIP trunking support, custom integrations and volume discounts.
Monthly vs annual billing
MightyCall shows annual prices by default. The discount badges suggest month-to-month prices of roughly $25 for Core and $46 for Pro, though MightyCall does not print the monthly figures in the plan cards, so confirm them at checkout. Its FAQ separately says annual customers save 25% more than month-to-month customers. Either way, the headline prices assume you pay for a year.
Add-ons and other fees
| Item | Price listed |
|---|---|
| Extra phone number | $5 each |
| International phone number | Add-on, priced separately |
| Number reputation management | Add-on, usage-based (requires business registration) |
| Automatic flagged number replacement | Add-on, usage-based |
| SMS/MMS registration | Required with The Campaign Registry |
| Setup and onboarding | No charge, per MightyCall's FAQ |
MightyCall also notes that federal and state taxes and fees are added to every invoice.
What a team actually pays
| Team size | Core (annual) | Pro (annual) | Power (annual) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 users | $60/mo | $114/mo | $162/mo |
| 5 users | $100/mo | $190/mo | $270/mo |
| 10 users | $200/mo | $380/mo | $540/mo |
| 20 users | $400/mo | $760/mo | $1,080/mo |
A business with one or two people still pays for three seats. A two-person company on Core therefore pays an effective $30 per person.
The free trial
MightyCall's trial lasts seven days and includes 100 minutes of US and Canada calling, 5 SMS and 5 MMS. It also unlocks the auto dialer even if your chosen plan does not include it. While a port is in progress, MightyCall offers a temporary business number for free. Seven days is short, so plan your test calls and routing setup before you start the clock.
Ways to reduce the cost
- Start on Core unless you need supervision. Pro's main additions are supervisor and AI summary features.
- Use the three included numbers. They can be local or toll-free, which often avoids paying for extras.
- Ask for volume discounts. They are listed on Power and Enterprise and available on request.
- Match seats to real callers. Every user is billed, so occasional answerers add cost.
Which plan most small businesses need
For a typical small business, the choice is between Core and Pro. Core already includes call recording, IVR, ring groups, call queues, voicemail transcription and integrations, which covers what most offices expect from a business phone system. Pro is worth its extra $18 per user only if someone will actively supervise calls or rely on AI call summaries and analytics. Power and Enterprise are dialer plans for outbound calling teams; a business that mainly receives calls does not need them.
A simple way to decide:
| If you need... | Choose |
|---|---|
| A business line with menus, recording and transcription | Core |
| A manager listening to live calls or reviewing AI summaries | Pro |
| Agents working through call lists with a dialer | Power |
| A predictive dialer or SIP trunking | Enterprise |
How Core compares with other entry plans
On annual billing, MightyCall Core's $20 per user sits in the middle of the market. Published annual prices checked in late September and early October 2026: Quo Starter $15, Nextiva Core $15, RingCentral RingEX Core $20, Dialpad Standard $15. Core's selling points at that price are three included numbers (local or toll-free), call recording and a call flow designer on the entry tier, which several rivals reserve for higher plans or add-ons. Its drawback is the three-user minimum, which none of those four entry plans require.
Support included
MightyCall says every plan includes free onboarding and support by phone, chat and email, with personalized onboarding, priority support and a dedicated account manager on the higher tiers. That level of included support is a genuine advantage for teams moving off an older phone system for the first time. MightyCall also lists ratings of 4.5 out of 5 on G2 and 4.0 out of 5 on Capterra and Trustpilot on its pricing page, which is worth reading alongside recent reviews before you commit to a year.
Who MightyCall's pricing suits
MightyCall is priced well for teams of three to ten that want a full-featured phone system with toll-free options and desk phone support, and for small call centers that need supervisor tools and dialers at prices below many contact-center platforms. It is less suited to solo users and two-person businesses because of the three-seat minimum.
Compared with Callata
Callata Office is $99 per month including five users, plus $20 per additional user, with monthly billing and no annual term. It includes up to three local numbers, unlimited inbound calling and 1,500 pooled outbound US and Canada minutes per user per month (then $0.01 per minute), a shared texting inbox after a one-time $49 10DLC registration, call recording with AI summaries, voicemail transcription with urgency triage and business-hours routing. Optional AI agents cost $0.25 per minute.
| Team size | MightyCall Pro (annual) | Callata Office (monthly) |
|---|---|---|
| 3 | $114 | $99 |
| 6 | $228 | $119 |
| 10 | $380 | $199 |
Against MightyCall Core ($20 per user on annual billing), Callata costs more at three users ($99 versus $60) and four ($99 versus $80), is roughly level at five ($99 versus $100) and stays close above that, since Callata's extra users are also $20 each (10 users: $199 versus $200).
Callata has no toll-free numbers, desk phones, dialers, supervisor tools or CRM integrations. If you need those, MightyCall is the stronger product. Read Callata vs MightyCall for the full comparison, or MightyCall alternatives.
