JustCall alternatives compared: Aircall, Ringover, CallHippo, Dialpad, Quo and Callata. Dialers, CRM integrations, AI coaching, minimums and pricing.

Short answer: JustCall ($29, $49 and $89 per user per month on annual billing, two-license minimum) is a strong sales and support calling platform. If you need similar sales tools, compare Aircall (from $30 per license annually), Ringover (Business $47 annually with a power dialer) and CallHippo (Professional $30 plus a parallel dialer). If you mainly need a good business phone, compare Dialpad ($15 annually), Quo ($19 monthly) and Callata ($99 per month including five users, then $20 per extra user).

Prices are from each vendor's pricing page, checked October 1, 2026, and exclude taxes and fees.

Sales-focused alternatives

Aircall

Aircall Essentials (from $30 per license annually, three minimum) includes unlimited US and Canada outbound, 4,000 outbound SMS per user per month, recording and transcription, 50 AI Voice Agent minutes and 250+ integrations. Professional ($50) adds a power dialer, summaries, sentiment, whisper and barge.

Versus JustCall: broader integration catalog and generous SMS on the entry plan; higher minimum. See Callata vs Aircall.

Ringover

Ringover Business ($47 per user annually, $57 monthly) includes a power dialer, 100+ integrations, advanced IVR and coaching tools such as double listening and whispering, with a three-user minimum and 12-month commitment. Talk ($15 annually) includes AI summaries and a virtual receptionist.

Versus JustCall: a dialer at a lower tier price than JustCall Pro. See Ringover pricing explained.

CallHippo

CallHippo Professional ($30 per user for small US teams) includes unlimited US and Canada minutes, 500 SMS, recording and HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho integrations. A parallel dialer runs $35 to $200 per user.

Versus JustCall: no minimum and a modular approach. See CallHippo pricing explained.

Simpler business-phone alternatives

Dialpad

Dialpad Standard ($27 monthly, $15 annually) includes calling, messaging, video and AI transcription and summaries.

Versus JustCall: AI on the entry plan for teams that do not need dialers. See Dialpad pricing explained.

Quo (formerly OpenPhone)

Quo Starter ($19 monthly) includes a number per user, calling, texting, voicemail transcripts and the Sona AI agent; Business ($33) adds AI summaries for all calls and HubSpot and Salesforce integrations.

Versus JustCall: lighter, cheaper app for small teams. See Quo pricing explained.

Callata

Callata is $99 per month including five users, plus $20 per additional user, with up to three local numbers, unlimited inbound calling and a pooled allowance of 1,500 outbound US and Canada minutes per user per month, then $0.01 per minute (auto-dialing excluded), a shared texting inbox, recording with AI summaries, voicemail triage and business-hours routing. AI agents answer and place calls at $0.25 per minute; outbound AI calls require prior consent and run between 8am and 9pm.

Versus JustCall: five users included in the base price, with no two-license minimum, for a business where everyone answers calls. See Callata vs JustCall.

What JustCall does better than most

JustCall's combination of a two-license minimum, 100+ CRM and data integrations, local numbers in 70+ countries and an AI suite that runs from notetaking to real-time agent assist and call scoring is hard to match at its price. Its AI Voice Agent pricing, down to $0.15 per minute at volume with the first 100 minutes free, is also among the lowest listed. If your team's revenue depends on call volume and CRM data, those features earn their cost. The alternatives here are mainly for teams paying for capabilities they do not use.

Five-person monthly cost

Provider Monthly cost
JustCall Pro (annual) $245
Aircall Professional (annual) From $250
Ringover Business (annual) $235
JustCall Team (annual) $145
CallHippo Professional $150 (check 5-49 user pricing)
Dialpad Standard (monthly) $135
Callata $99
Quo Starter (monthly) $95

At five users, Callata costs less than every JustCall plan and the sales-focused alternatives, but Quo Starter is $4 cheaper per month.

Calling allowances to check

Unlimited calling means different things on different platforms. JustCall's Team plan lists unlimited inbound minutes and, under its fair-usage policy, a per-user outbound allowance that depends on region; its Business plan adds unlimited calling and SMS. Aircall lists unlimited US and Canada outbound calls on Essentials. MightyCall and Talkroute describe calling as unlimited under fair-use policies. Callata includes unlimited inbound calling and a pooled allowance of 1,500 outbound US and Canada minutes per user per month, then $0.01 per minute, and its policy excludes auto-dialing and call-center use. If your reps make hundreds of outbound calls a day, read each vendor's fair-use terms and confirm your expected volume in writing.

Texting for sales teams

Sales teams often rely on texting for follow-ups. JustCall includes a messaging suite and sells SMS bundles below Business, with bulk SMS campaigns on Pro. Aircall includes 4,000 outbound SMS per user per month. Quo and Callata include conversational texting (Callata through a shared inbox), but neither is a bulk campaign tool. Whatever you choose, US carriers require 10DLC registration before you text from local numbers, and marketing texts need prior express written consent.

How to choose

  1. Do your reps dial lists all day? If yes, compare JustCall Pro, Aircall Professional and Ringover Business on dialer features and CRM sync.
  2. Do you need AI coaching and scoring? Compare JustCall Pro Plus, Aircall Professional and Ringover with Empower.
  3. Is the phone mainly how customers reach you? A simpler system like Dialpad, Quo or Callata will cost less.
