JustCall Pricing Explained (2026)

JustCall pricing for 2026: Team, Pro, Pro Plus and Business plans, the 2-license minimum, SMS bundles, AI voice agent rates and real team costs.

Short answer: JustCall costs $29 per user per month on Team, $49 on Pro and $89 on Pro Plus, all billed annually with a two-license minimum, so the smallest JustCall account is $58 per month paid yearly. Business is quoted with a ten-license minimum. Monthly billing costs more (JustCall says annual saves up to 29%), and SMS bundles, AI Review Assist on lower tiers and the AI Voice Agent are add-ons.

All figures are from justcall.io/pricing with the United States/Canada region selected, checked October 1, 2026, and exclude taxes and fees.

Team

Team is JustCall's business phone system with CRM integrations. It includes local numbers in 70+ countries, a messaging suite, 100+ CRM and data integrations, IVR and call menus, team performance analytics and reporting, and API access and workflows.

Pro

Pro adds a power dialer, bulk SMS campaigns, queue callback, intelligent call routing, a Salesforce CTI integration, advanced roles and permissions, advanced analytics and higher API limits. It is aimed at teams scaling outbound and inbound volume.

Pro Plus

Pro Plus is the AI coaching tier: AI Review Assist included, a multi-channel AI notetaker, SMS copilot, coaching comments, real-time agent assist, AI-powered script compliance, AI call scoring, custom and standard topics, and sentiment analysis.

Business

Business adds unlimited calling and SMS, single sign-on, an enterprise-grade SLA and compliance including HIPAA and GDPR. It is quoted and requires ten licenses.

Sales Suite and AI Voice Agent

JustCall also sells a Sales Suite (SalesPro) with unlimited outbound calling, a predictive dialer with up to 10 lines, AI coaching, real-time assist and script compliance. It is custom-priced with a two-license minimum.

The AI Voice Agent is an add-on that answers incoming calls around the clock. JustCall describes pricing "down to $0.15/min" with volume discounts, custom setup, the first 100 minutes free and support for 14 languages. The exact per-minute rate depends on volume, so ask for a quote at your expected usage.

What a team actually pays

Team size Team (annual) Pro (annual) Pro Plus (annual)
2 users $58 $98 $178
5 users $145 $245 $445
10 users $290 $490 $890
20 users $580 $980 $1,780

These are monthly equivalents of annual contracts. Add SMS bundles if your team texts heavily, AI Review Assist if you want it below Pro Plus, and any AI Voice Agent minutes.

Monthly vs annual billing

JustCall leads with annual prices and labels monthly billing as more expensive, with savings "up to 29%" for annual. If the full 29% applies, Team's monthly price would be roughly $41 per user, but confirm the exact monthly figure at checkout. Annual billing makes sense for a sales team with stable headcount; a growing or seasonal team may prefer monthly flexibility despite the premium.

Costs to plan for

  • SMS bundles. Messaging is included, but bundles are sold as add-ons on Team, Pro and Pro Plus. Estimate your monthly outbound texts before choosing.
  • Carrier registration. US business texting from local numbers requires 10DLC brand and campaign registration with every provider.
  • AI Review Assist. Included on Pro Plus and Business; an add-on below that.
  • Extra licenses for occasional users. Managers or part-time staff who answer calls need their own license.

JustCall against other sales-oriented phone systems

JustCall competes most directly with other calling platforms built for sales and support teams. Here is where its entry price sits, using each vendor's published pricing as checked October 1, 2026 (annual billing where that is how the vendor leads).

Provider and entry plan Price per user (annual) Minimum users Dialer on entry plan
JustCall Team $29 2 No (power dialer on Pro)
Aircall Essentials From $30 3 No (power dialer on Professional)
Ringover Business $47 3, 12-month commitment Power dialer
CallHippo Professional $30 (1-4 users, US/CA) 1 Parallel dialer sold separately

JustCall's two-license minimum is lower than Aircall's three, which makes it one of the cheaper ways for a two-person sales team to get CRM-integrated calling. Ringover's Business plan includes a power dialer at its entry price, while JustCall reserves it for Pro at $49.

Questions to ask before you buy

  1. What is the exact monthly-billing price for my plan, and how much do I save on annual?
  2. How many SMS segments are included per user, and what do SMS bundles cost?
  3. What will AI Voice Agent minutes cost at my expected volume after the first 100 free minutes?
  4. Which CRM integrations sync call recordings and transcripts, and on which plan?
  5. What taxes, regulatory fees and carrier registration fees will appear on my invoice?

Is JustCall worth it?

JustCall is priced for teams whose phone system is a revenue tool: SDRs dialing through lists, account managers logging calls to a CRM, support teams scored on quality. For them, power dialing, CRM sync and AI coaching can pay back the per-seat price. For a small office where the phone is how customers reach the business, much of that capability goes unused.

A useful test is to list the features you would actually use in the first 90 days. If the list includes a power dialer, bulk SMS campaigns, Salesforce CTI or AI call scoring, JustCall's Pro or Pro Plus pricing is buying something real. If the list is "calls, texts, voicemail, recordings and after-hours coverage," you are paying sales-platform prices for a business phone line, and a simpler system will usually cost less.

How JustCall compares with Callata

Callata Office costs $99 per month including five users, plus $20 per month for each additional user, billed monthly. It includes up to three local numbers, unlimited inbound calling and a pooled allowance of 1,500 outbound US and Canada minutes per user per month (then $0.01 per minute), a shared texting inbox after a $49 one-time 10DLC registration, call recording with AI summaries, voicemail transcription with urgency triage and business-hours routing. AI agents (receptionist, sales rep, support rep, appointment setter) cost $0.25 per minute with no per-agent fee.

Team size JustCall Team (annual) Callata Office (monthly)
2 $58 $99
4 $116 $99
8 $232 $159

For a two- or three-person team, JustCall Team on annual billing costs less than Callata. From four users, Callata costs less ($99 against $116 at four users, $159 against $232 at eight).

Callata has no dialer, CRM integrations, international numbers or HIPAA option, so sales teams that need those should stay with JustCall or similar tools. See Callata vs JustCall for the full comparison and JustCall alternatives for other options.
