| Annual billing | $15/user/mo | $47/user/mo | Custom |
| Minimums | Shown on plan card for your team size | 3 users, 12-month commitment | Custom |

Advanced

AI across the plans
Ringover states that AI call transcription, summaries, tags and automatic notes are available across all plans. Its comparison table lists call transcription for all recorded calls, voicemail transcription with email notification, and AI-generated call summaries. The AI Voice Agent appears as "Basic" on Talk, an add-on on Business, and "Advanced" on higher plans.
Add-ons
| Add-on | Price |
|---|---|
| Empower (conversational AI) | $39 per license per month |
| Omnichannel messaging (Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, email, Google reviews) | $29 per license per month |
| AIRO AI Voice Agent | From $0.19 per minute |
| AI Assistant (Target First) | $99 per website per month |
| Cadence (sales prospecting) | $59 per user per month |
| Team Activity Analytics | $6 per license per month |
| CRM Autofill | $5 per license per month |
The comparison table also notes that US numbers require brand and campaign registration for texting, that European numbers can text only within their own country, and that some SMS carry an additional per-message cost.
What a team actually pays
| Team size | Talk (monthly) | Talk (annual) | Business (monthly) | Business (annual) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3 users | $72 | $45 | $171 | $141 |
| 5 users | $120 | $75 | $285 | $235 |
| 10 users | $240 | $150 | $570 | $470 |
Add any add-on licenses. A five-person sales team on Business annual that adds Empower ($39) and Cadence ($59) for every user pays $235 + $195 + $295, or $725 per month.
Monthly vs annual: which to pick
The gap between Ringover's monthly and annual prices is large. On Talk, annual billing saves $9 per user per month, or $108 per user per year. If your team is stable, annual billing is the obvious choice. If you expect to add or drop people, or you are still evaluating whether Ringover fits, monthly billing costs more but avoids paying for licenses you no longer need. On Business, the 12-month commitment applies regardless.
How Ringover compares with other per-user plans
Ringover's annual Talk price is low for the market, while Business is priced like a sales platform. Published prices from other vendors' pricing pages, checked October 1, 2026:
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ringover Talk | $24/user | $15/user | AI summaries and virtual receptionist included |
| Quo Starter | $19/user | $15/user | AI summaries on calls the Sona agent handles |
| Dialpad Standard | $27/user | $15/user | AI transcription and summaries included |
| RingCentral RingEX Core | $30/user | $20/user | 25 SMS per user per month |
| Ringover Business | $57/user | $47/user | Power dialer, 100+ integrations, 3-user minimum |
| Aircall Professional | Higher than annual | From $50/license | Power dialer, 3-license minimum |
On annual billing, Talk ties with the cheapest mainstream plans. On monthly billing, it is mid-market. Business sits slightly below Aircall Professional for a comparable sales feature set.
Who Ringover's pricing suits
- Very small teams on annual billing. At $15 per user, Talk is among the lowest entry prices in the market, with AI summaries included.
- International teams. Local numbers in many countries and unlimited calls to many destinations make Ringover strong for European or cross-border businesses.
- Sales, support and recruiting teams. Business bundles a power dialer, coaching and 100+ integrations at a price below many sales-dialer platforms.
A worked example: a five-person team
Consider a five-person US office that wants a shared business line, texting, recordings with AI summaries and an AI receptionist for after-hours calls. On Ringover Talk, annual billing costs $75 per month, and the virtual receptionist is included, which makes Talk strong value for this exact use case. If the same team wants per-user numbers, international numbers or CRM integrations, it moves to Business at $235 per month on annual terms. If it wants a conversational AI voice agent beyond the basic receptionist, AIRO adds usage from $0.19 per minute.
The lesson is that Ringover's price depends heavily on which tier your needs land in. Map your requirements to Talk or Business before comparing it with anything else.
