Basic includes voicemail, click to dial, business hours, a smart failover system, SMS and MMS, two-factor authentication, and desktop and mobile apps. Starter adds forwarding to devices, ring-all-devices, country blocking, SMS templates and an omnichannel inbox. Professional adds unlimited US and Canada minutes, recordings, multilingual IVR, cascading call distribution, custom greetings, analytics, AI voicemail transcription, lifetime call logs and role-based access. Ultimate adds smart DID routing, multilevel IVR, call blocking, holiday routing, CRM-based VIP routing, call summaries, single sign-on and personalized onboarding.

An Enterprise tier requires at least 50 users and adds unlimited calling to 48 countries, an SLA, WhatsApp Business API, custom reports and priority support with a one-hour response guarantee. It is custom-priced.

Pro Suite, dialers and AI add-ons

The Pro Suite tiers (Bronze, Silver, Platinum and Enterprise) are designed for high call volumes, adding WhatsApp API access, live call monitoring, dispositions, barging and compliance recording.
