Aircall Alternatives for Small Sales and Support Teams

Aircall alternatives compared: JustCall, Ringover, CallHippo, MightyCall, Dialpad and Callata. Prices, user minimums, dialers, AI and who each suits.

Short answer: Aircall starts from $30 per license per month on annual billing with a three-license minimum ($90 per month at the smallest). Lower-cost alternatives include JustCall ($29 per user, two-license minimum), Ringover (Talk from $15 per user annually), CallHippo ($30 per user with no minimum for small US teams), MightyCall ($20 per user annually, three-user minimum), Dialpad ($15 per user annually) and Callata ($99 per month including five users, then $20 per extra user).

Prices are from each vendor's pricing page, checked October 1, 2026, and exclude taxes and fees.

Aircall in brief

Aircall is a cloud phone system for sales and support teams with 250+ integrations. Essentials starts from $30 per license per month and Professional from $50, both billed annually with a minimum of three licenses; Aircall says annual plans include a 25% discount. Enterprise is quoted and requires 25 users. Every plan includes one local or toll-free number (extra numbers $6 each), unlimited inbound calls, unlimited US and Canada outbound calls, unlimited inbound SMS with 4,000 outbound SMS per user per month, recording and transcription, and 50 AI Voice Agent minutes per month. Professional adds call summaries, sentiment, smart routing, a power dialer, whisper and barge.

Why teams look elsewhere

  • The three-license minimum makes Aircall expensive for one- or two-person teams.
  • Annual billing is required for the advertised prices.
  • AI summaries require Professional at $50 per license.
  • Some teams don't need a CRM-centered tool and pay for integrations they never use.

None of these are flaws in Aircall; they reflect who it is built for. The question is whether your team matches that profile.

1. JustCall

JustCall's Team plan is $29 per user annually with 100+ CRM integrations, IVR, analytics and local numbers in 70+ countries. Pro ($49) adds a power dialer, bulk SMS and Salesforce CTI; Pro Plus ($89) adds AI coaching and call scoring.

Versus Aircall: similar CRM focus with a two-license minimum instead of three. See Callata vs JustCall.

2. Ringover

Ringover Talk ($15 annually, $24 monthly) includes recordings, summaries, transcription and an unlimited AI virtual receptionist. Business ($47 annually) adds 100+ integrations, a power dialer and coaching, with a three-user minimum and 12-month commitment.

Versus Aircall: cheaper entry with AI included; Business is close to Aircall Professional in scope. See Ringover pricing explained.

3. CallHippo

CallHippo Professional ($30 per user for 1-4 US users) includes unlimited US and Canada minutes, 500 SMS, recordings and AI voicemail transcription. CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho) start at Professional, and a parallel dialer is sold separately.

Versus Aircall: same entry price without the three-license minimum. See CallHippo pricing explained.

4. MightyCall

MightyCall Core ($20 per user annually, three-user minimum) includes recording, IVR, call queues and three numbers. Pro ($38) adds supervisor tools and AI summaries; Power ($54) adds dialers.

Versus Aircall: lower prices for small call centers that want supervision. See MightyCall pricing explained.

5. Dialpad

Dialpad Standard ($15 annually, $27 monthly) includes calling, messaging, video and AI transcription and summaries. Dialpad sells separate support and sales products for contact-center needs.

Versus Aircall: AI on the entry plan at half Aircall's annual entry price. See Dialpad pricing explained.

6. Callata

Callata is not a sales dialer. It is a phone system for a small office: $99 per month for up to five users, plus $20 per month for each additional user, with up to three local numbers, unlimited inbound calling, a pooled allowance of 1,500 outbound US and Canada minutes per user per month under fair use (excluding auto-dialing and call-center use; $0.01 per minute beyond that), a shared texting inbox, recording with AI summaries, voicemail triage and business-hours routing. AI agents answer and place calls at $0.25 per minute.

Versus Aircall: for a general business where everyone answers, Callata's $99 covers five users, while five Aircall Essentials licenses cost $150 per month on annual billing. At three users Aircall's $90 minimum is slightly cheaper. See Callata vs Aircall.

Smallest possible account

Provider Smallest monthly cost
Callata $99 (up to 5 users, monthly)
Aircall Essentials $90 (3 x $30, annual)
MightyCall Core $60 (3 x $20, annual)
JustCall Team $58 (2 x $29, annual)
CallHippo Professional $30 (1 user)
Ringover Talk $15 (1 user, annual, where available)
Dialpad Standard $15 (1 user, annual)

Callata has the highest floor on this list, but that $99 already covers five users. For a one- to three-person team, every other option here costs less. At five users, Callata's $99 is below Aircall Essentials ($150) and JustCall Team ($145), about level with MightyCall Core ($100), and above Ringover Talk and Dialpad Standard on annual billing ($75 each).

Where Aircall is still stronger

Aircall's 250+ integrations and API, its unlimited inbound SMS with 4,000 outbound per user per month, included AI Voice Agent minutes, and its Professional-tier coaching and power dialer make it a mature choice for revenue and support teams. Its Enterprise plan adds SSO, SCIM, HIPAA, GDPR and SOC 2 commitments. If your team works inside Salesforce or HubSpot all day and needs reliable call logging, Aircall's minimum is often worth paying.

Questions to ask any vendor on this list

  1. What is the price on monthly billing, not just annual?
  2. Is there a user or license minimum, and does it apply to every plan?
  3. How many outbound texts per user per month are included?
  4. Which CRM integrations log recordings and transcripts automatically, and on which plan?
  5. What do AI agent or AI voice minutes cost after any included allowance?
  6. What taxes, number fees and carrier registration fees will appear on the bill?

Ask for a 12-month total for your actual headcount, including any minimum seats you would pay for but not use. Getting these answers in writing makes a fair comparison possible, because the headline prices on pricing pages use different billing terms and minimums.

How to choose

  1. Are you a sales or support team, or a whole office? Dialers and CRM sync matter for the former; a base price that covers several people matters for the latter.
  2. How many people? Minimums distort small-team prices.
  3. Monthly or annual? Several of these require annual terms for the listed price.
  4. Which AI matters? Summaries, coaching or AI agents that talk to callers.
