Aircall Pricing Explained (2026)

Aircall pricing for 2026: Essentials and Professional license costs, the three-license minimum, extra numbers, SMS limits, AI voice agent bundles and add-ons.

Short answer: Aircall costs from $30 per license per month on its Essentials plan and $50 on Professional, both billed annually, with a minimum of three licenses. That makes the smallest possible Aircall account $90 per month on Essentials. Monthly billing costs more, since Aircall says annual plans include a 25% discount. Enterprise is quoted and requires 25 users.

All figures are from aircall.io/pricing as checked on October 1, 2026. Prices exclude taxes and fees.

AI Voice Agents pricing

Aircall's AI Voice Agents answer and resolve calls and can be used with or without Aircall's phone system.

  • Included: 50 minutes per month on Essentials and Professional, plus 100 bonus minutes for new accounts at sign-up.
  • Standalone: from $100 per month.
  • Volume bundles: from $0.19 per minute, with examples of 500 minutes for $175 and 2,500 minutes for $725.

Aircall's cost calculator on the pricing page showed 2,500 minutes per month at $1,225 pay-as-you-go versus $725 on a monthly subscription. The more minutes you commit to, the lower the per-minute rate.

What different teams pay

Team Essentials (annual) Professional (annual) With AI Assist Pro on Professional
3 users (minimum) $90 $150 $297
5 users $150 $250 $495
10 users $300 $500 $990
25 users $750 $1,250 $2,475

Add $6 per month for every number beyond the one included, plus any add-ons. A 10-person support team on Professional with Analytics+ and three extra numbers would pay $500 + $150 + $18 = $668 per month on annual billing.

How to read Aircall's pricing

The three-license minimum

Even a two-person team pays for three licenses. For very small businesses, that sets a floor of $90 per month on Essentials.

Annual vs monthly

Aircall's FAQ says annual plans include a 25% discount compared with monthly pricing, and that the three-license minimum applies to both. The prices on the pricing page are annual. Ask for the monthly figure if you prefer not to commit.

SMS limits

The 4,000 outbound messages per user per month is generous for conversational texting. MMS is available only for US and Canadian numbers.

Where AI is included

Call recording, call transcription and 50 AI Voice Agent minutes are in both core plans. Conversation intelligence (call summary, sentiment and key topics) is on Professional. Real-time coaching during calls is a separate $49 add-on.

Ways to keep an Aircall bill under control

  • Match plans to roles. If only your sales reps need the power dialer and live monitoring, ask whether support or admin staff can sit on Essentials.
  • Audit numbers. At $6 each, a number for every campaign or region adds up; retire numbers that no longer receive calls.
  • Size AI Voice Agent bundles to real usage. Start with the included 50 minutes and the sign-up bonus, measure a month of traffic, then buy the bundle that fits.
  • Treat per-seat add-ons carefully. AI Assist Pro at $49 per seat nearly doubles a Professional license; give it to the reps who will use live coaching, not everyone.
  • Negotiate at renewal. Annual commitments and larger seat counts are your leverage for discounts on licenses and add-ons.

When Aircall's price is justified

Aircall makes the most sense when the phone is the main tool of a team whose work is measured in calls: inbound support teams with queue targets, outbound sales teams with daily dial goals, or e-commerce brands handling order questions from Shopify and Zendesk. In those settings, automatic CRM logging, call routing by skill, whisper coaching and per-agent analytics save managers hours each week, and the per-seat price is easy to justify. A firm that takes a dozen calls a day across a small office will rarely use those tools.

Is Aircall good value?

For sales and support teams that need integrations and call-center tooling, Aircall's pricing is in line with what that capability costs. Its 250+ integrations, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk and Shopify, and API access on every plan are the main reasons teams choose it.

For a small office that mainly answers a main line, texts customers and wants a summary of important calls, Aircall's per-seat price and three-license minimum add cost without adding much they will use.

A small-office comparison

Callata costs $99 per month for up to five users, plus $20 per month for each additional user, with no minimum. It includes up to three local numbers, unlimited inbound calling, a pooled 1,500 outbound US and Canada minutes per user per month (then $0.01 per minute), call recording with AI summaries (sentiment and action items), voicemail transcription with urgency triage, ring groups, extensions and business-hours routing, a shared texting inbox after a one-time $49 registration, and E911. AI agents use prepaid minutes at $0.25 per minute.

Callata's $99 is slightly more than Aircall's smallest possible account ($90 on annual Essentials), but it covers five users; from four users up, Callata costs less than Aircall Essentials (for example $99 versus $150 at five users and $199 versus $300 at ten). Aircall offers far more for call-center and CRM-driven teams, plus native apps, toll-free numbers and international options that Callata does not.

Aircall pricing checklist

  • Count extra numbers at $6 each.
  • Estimate AI Voice Agent minutes beyond the included 50.
