Zoom Phone Pricing Explained (2026)

Short answer: Zoom Phone's core plan, US and Canada Unlimited bundled with Zoom Workplace Basic, costs $16 per user per month on annual billing or $18 on monthly billing. Bundles with Workplace Pro and Workplace Business cost $20.50 and $24.50 annually ($24 and $29 monthly). Extra numbers are $5 per month, and unlimited international calling to 15+ countries is a $10 monthly add-on.

The bundling matters: the phone plan comes with a Zoom Workplace tier. If you already pay for Zoom Workplace separately, ask Zoom how the bundle interacts with your existing licenses so you do not pay twice.

Most small teams only need the first two. The others are for meetings infrastructure, compliance and contact-center-style reporting. The Customer Engagement Pack, for example, adds enhanced call queue analytics and historical insights, which matter to a team that runs queues and service levels but not to an office that simply wants calls to reach the right person.

Add $5 per extra number, and the $10 monthly international calling add-on (ask Zoom whether it applies per user or per account) if you call abroad regularly.

What is included in the base plan

The US & CA Unlimited bundle covers the needs of most small offices:

Annual vs monthly

The annual discount on the base plan is $2 per user per month, smaller than many competitors' gaps. On Pro Plus it is $3.50 and on Business Plus $4.50. Because the difference is modest, monthly billing is a reasonable way to test Zoom Phone before committing, and it avoids paying for unused seats if your headcount changes during the year.

How Zoom Phone's price compares

At $18 per user on monthly billing, Zoom Phone's entry plan is lower than several well-known per-user plans checked in late September 2026: Nextiva Core ($23), Ooma Office Pro ($24.95), Dialpad Standard ($27) and RingCentral RingEX Core ($30). Quo Starter ($19) is close. Zoom's annual price of $16 is also competitive. Zoom's value is strongest for companies already using Zoom for meetings.

A worked example

A seven-person design studio already pays for Zoom meetings. Five designers need direct numbers, the studio wants one extra number for its main line, and two account managers call clients in the UK each week.

On the base bundle with monthly billing, seven users cost $126. One extra number adds $5. If the international add-on is applied per user for the two account managers, that adds $20, for a total of $151 per month before taxes. On annual billing, the user cost drops to $112, bringing the total to $137. Because the bundle includes Workplace Basic, the studio should check whether it can drop separate meeting licenses to avoid paying twice.

Who Zoom Phone pricing suits

Zoom-first companies. If meetings, chat and rooms already run on Zoom, the phone bundle keeps everything in one app and one admin portal.

Teams that need international reach. Extra numbers in other countries at $5 and a $10 international calling add-on make Zoom flexible for distributed teams.

Very small teams. One to three users pay $18 to $54 a month on monthly billing, well below bundled plans such as Callata's $99 for up to five users.
